Moon Frog is a community frog living on Robinhood Chain. It has exactly one job and takes it extremely seriously: every time gas drops, it croaks.
Some frogs chase flies. This one chases cheap blocks. It sits on a glowing lily pad, watches the chain tick by with gas paid in ETH, and the moment things get cheap the whole pond hears about it.
